The homeless gathering and sleeping by the entrance continues to be an unsolved problem. Hope that at some point they are provided with a shelter.
Second time in one week machines not working and booth accepting cash only. I saw they let lady without cash in and told me to go find ATM. Thank you for your fast and reliable service MTA!

Great train station. But the men's bathroom is filthy and disgusting. The transit authority should take better care of it.
Not the greatest station for a woman after dark. It just make me feel uncomfortable until I step into the train. I would love to see some more security here at night time.
